Teresa Conk joined Hoag in October 2018 as Vice President and Chief Business
Development Officer. In this role, she will help develop and oversee the
implementation of strategic business initiatives for Hoag and the Hoag Clinic.
Ms. Conk has more than 25 years of leadership experience in health care.
She has worked extensively in the areas of Strategy, Planning, Physician
Integration, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Development and Ambulatory
Operations.
Prior to joining Hoag, Ms. Conk served as Chief Strategy Officer and Associate
Vice Chancellor at UCI Health, having responsibility for strategy and
integration across the clinical enterprise and the School of Medicine.
She has also served in senior leadership roles at CHOC Children’s
and St. Joseph Hospital in Orange.
Ms. Conk earned her Master’s in Health Administration from the University
of Southern California, and her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration
from Chapman University.
