Pinkie Nolan joined Hoag in 2014 as the Vice President of the Enterprise
Project Management Office (EPMO). In this role, she is responsible for
facilitating the definition, selection and prioritization of the large
initiatives that are critical to Hoag achieving its strategic goals. For
those initiatives that are approved, she is responsible for ensuring that
they are executed successfully – on time, on budget, and delivering
on the promised organizational benefits.
Ms. Nolan has over 20 years of experience in portfolio management, project
management, and M&A integration management. She has established and
operated PMOs for both commercial and government organizations, developed
frameworks to manage billion-dollar strategic project portfolios, and
successfully managed complex business and technology projects at enterprise,
regional and global levels.
Before joining Hoag, Ms. Nolan led the EPMO for Inova Health System –
a multi-billion dollar health system in the Washington DC area. Prior
to Inova, she worked in the management and IT consulting industries, where
she provided business advisory and technology services to government agencies
such as the Department of Defense, the Department of the Treasury, Health
& Human Services, and the Federal Communications Commission.
A certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Ms. Nolan earned her
Bachelor of Science degree in Systems Engineering at the University of
Virginia and her Master of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering
at Georgia Tech.
