Marcy Brown is the Senior Vice President of Hoag Hospital Irvine and Ambulatory
Services. In these roles, Ms. Brown manages the daily operations of Hoag
Hospital Irvine and oversees all Hoag Health Center operations. Previously,
she was instrumental in the strategic planning and operational strategy
for Hoag Hospital Irvine prior to its opening, directed the Radiology
Department at Hoag and she contributed to the successful launch of Hoag
Health Center Newport Beach and Hoag Health Center Irvine - Sand Canyon.
Ms. Brown joined Hoag in 2002 with over 12 years of experience in health
care and the management of radiology operations. Before joining Hoag she
was the Director of Medical Imaging at Swedish Medical Center - Providence
Campus, Seattle Washington, where she managed the Medical Imaging Department,
Radiation Oncology Department and the Comprehensive Breast Center. She
continues to oversee Hoag’s Radiology Department in her current role.
Ms. Brown is a member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
(ARRT) and is certified with the California Board of Radiology Technology.
She is also President of the Irvine Children’s Fund Board of Directors.
Ms. Brown is an active member of the American Healthcare Radiology Administrators
Society and lectured on multiple occasions at the Radiological Society
of North America on the “Patient Centered Experience.”
